"GET COOKING!"
Meal-kit subscription service HelloFresh was looking to attract new customers and stand out from the competition in an increasingly crowded market. We suggested letting real HelloFresh customers tell the stories of how the service has positively impacted their everyday lives, in their own words. What resulted was a fun and light-hearted testimonial campaign that celebrated the HelloFresh experience in an authentic way and encouraged more people to get cooking.
The message struck a cord with consumers. In the months since the campaign has aired, HelloFresh has seen a +22% lift in new customer acquisition.
Pre-production work contributed to project included casting, compiling prop and shot lists, and developing interview questions. Post-production work included transcript review and final script selection.
